The routine meeting of the Sherwood Lakes Homeowners Association was convened on last twenty-fifth of July, 2023. The meeting was presided over Mr. Brown, with a quorum of homeowners in presence.
After call to order, the transcripts from the previous meeting were reviewed and approved with a few amendments.
- Treasurer Miller, gave a brief financial report outlining the current state of the homeowner association's funds.
- A number of homeowners raised questions regarding ongoing developments in the neighborhood, including the proposed community garden construction and traffic regulations.
- The board addressed the homeowner's concerns, providing information about the projects.
After the dialogue, the meeting was adjourned. The next HOA meeting is scheduled for November, 2023.

Proposed Amendments to Sherwood Lakes Covenants
The HOA is currently reviewing several proposed amendments to the existing covenants for Sherwood Lakes. These proposed changes are designed to improve click here the value of life for all residents while resolving present concerns and promoting a thriving community.
- Among the proposed amendments are standards related to exterior aesthetics, sound restrictions, and automobile limits.
- The HOA encourages all residents to study the proposed amendments carefully and provide their suggestions by the deadline.
- A public forum will be held on September 8th to address the proposed amendments in further elaboration.

The Sherwood Lakes Community Enhancement Program
Our dedicated community members are coming together to make Sherwood Lakes a more picturesque place to live. The Beautification Project aims to transform the visual appeal of our community by installing trees, cleaning up public zones, and promoting a sense of pride.

HOA Board Election Information - Sherwood Lakes
Greetings residents of Sherwood Lakes! The annual election for the Homeowner’s Association (HOA) board is right around the corner. This year, we encourage all homeowners to get involved in shaping the future of our community by casting their vote.
The election will be held on Monday, October 16th, with voting taking place from 10:00 AM to 4:00 PM at the Sherwood Lakes Community Center.
A list of eligible candidates and their platforms will be made available on the HOA website and placed in every mailbox by September 20th. For any questions or concerns regarding the election process, please contact the HOA board directly. We look forward to a successful and democratic election!
